Program Manager I 2018-0006-203

Job Responsibilities: The Program Manager I is responsible for the overall operation and management of the personal care group homes or semi-independent living programs. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, operating within budget, and compliance with licensing standards and other regulating authority standards. Job Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience in a human service field. Considerable, related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some supervisory experience preferred. The position requires counseling, supervisory, advocacy, and resource development skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity of staff, sites, and a number of supported individuals is required. The ability to develop and function within a budget is also required. The position requires a proven ability in both oral and written communication. Proficiency with common software and on-line applications is also required. Must possess a valid GA driver's license and continually meet the requirements for VOASE's vehicle insurance company.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
