Automated Sewing Technician

Currently we are seeking an Automated Sewing Technician to be located at our Thomaston, GA facility.
The Automated Sewing Technician will be responsible for moving, setting up, troubleshooting/repairing, and maintaining automated sewing equipment in the plant.
Responsibilities Include:
Set up and maintain automated sewing and other related PLC driven equipment in the plant
Move equipment as necessary
Set up P.M. programs
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance
Report maintenance schedule and machine downtime to supervisor / manager
Track part usage
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of hands-on experience repairing sewing machines or industrial equipment (or equivalent combination experience/education) required.
1 year of basic electrical / PLC maintenance preferred
Ability to read diagrams
Standard Textile supports a Drug-Free Workplace. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
